Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

All Returns must meet these Terms & Conditions:

  1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required. Merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused. 
  2. Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in, in the original manufacturer’s packaging, unopened and unused. Products with missing components or missing documentation, manuals, etc. or products not in unopened or unused condition will be subject to additional restocking fees or returned to the customer. If returned to the customer, customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued until merchandise has been received and inspected by Facility Solutions Group. Include a copy of the RMA as well as a copy of your original receipt.
  3. Insure the package when shipping. Facility Solutions Group is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping. Please note that shipping charges made at time of purchase CANNOT be refunded. 
  4. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return merchandise. Shipping costs to return any item will not be refunded unless the item shipped to customer was damaged, defective, or we did not ship item the customer ordered as indicated on the Receipt, Invoice, Sales Order, etc.. 
  5. Refunds for any returned items which were eligible for free shipping will be deducted by the amount of the free shipping from the original order.
  6. Customer returning merchandise is responsible to pay a 25% restocking fee for each item returned, regardless of the reason for the return.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or, go to the "Merhcandise Return (RMA)" link on the main menu bar on the "Home" page and fill out the appropriate form. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
